Infant Massage for Parents/Caregivers
October 27 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am$100
Looking for ways to relax and bond with your baby? Understand when and how to give an infant massage.
Infant massage is an age old tradition that has been passed down for centuries. It’s many benefits include better sleep, improved digestion, promotes relaxation and release of endorphins, and improved symptoms of gas/colic. Parents/caregivers will learn massage strokes for the legs, arms, stomach, face and back, as well as simple massage techniques that will strengthen the parent/infant bond and relationship. Practice strokes on your baby as demonstrated by the Certified Infant Massage Instructor (through Liddle Kidz Foundation). Babies appropriate for this class should be between 3 weeks of age to just starting to crawl.
Please note: We are not able to accommodate other children (i.e. siblings) at the center, so please plan accordingly.
This is a 4-week series of one-hour classes. Fridays, October 6-27 from 10:00-11:00am.
Instructor: Lynn Rochefort, LMT, CIMT
