Restorative Yoga – Tuesdays

What a great way to start your day! Enjoy this gentle yoga class with a slow, reflective pace to nurture the mind, body and spirit. Focus on basic gentle yoga poses taught in simple steps and with plenty of time to breathe and relax into the moment. Breathwork, mindfulness and well-supported restorative yoga postures will round out this deeply relaxing practice. Perfect for all levels and abilities, including those recovering from illness, injury or surgery (with permission from physician).
Session I: February 28 – April 4 / $60 (Note: No class 2/21; Makeup 4/11)
Session II: April 25 – June 13 / $80 (Note: 8-week session. No class 4/18)
