Yoga for Fitness – Mondays

Mindful stretching and gentle postures, a flowing sequences of postures in union with the breath, standing poses to build strength and work on balance, and deep relaxing poses to integrate all the movements of the body. Some experience with yoga may be helpful.
Class may be purchased in advance as a 6-week series or attended on a drop-in basis of $12/class (Drop-in cards available for purchase).
Session I: May 1 -June 12 / $60 (Note: No class May 29) – 9:30am-10:30am
