Kris Quarella, RYT

With a background in nursing of over 30 years, Kris’s passion for health and wellness drew her to yoga to help her achieve a balance in mind, body, and soul. After establishing a regular practice, she achieved her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification.

Kris has tailored her classes to focus on gentle, mindful movement and breathing to encourage health and mobility for all persons, with every level of experience. She is a member of the National Yoga Alliance and the Yoga Service Council.
