Linda Nutter Snay, RYT is a mama, yoga enthusiast and artist. Linda attended her first yoga class in 2002 and never looked back. Since then, yoga has filtered into her life, both on and off the mat. She is a passionate teacher who loves to assist others on their yoga journey as they discover the many facets of the yoga tradition. She believes yoga creates a healthy mind, body, and spirit, and thus benefits the well-being of each person as a whole. Her classes are based in Hatha yoga and draw on Mindfulness techniques, which work together to draw you back to your center and the present moment. Linda received her certification in 2007 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, has contributed to blogs, including Teachasana.com, and regularly writes on her website www.touchtheearthyoga.com.
